  • The cost of freight for all other areas and regional shipments is dependent on both the weight of the cargo and the location of the delivery. Our customer service personnel will get in touch with you post-order placement to provide you with the freight expenses.

Click & Collect

  • Collect from our warehouse in Melbourne (Coburg)
  • Orders will be ready for collection 3 hours from the time the order is placed
  • Orders must be placed before 2 pm for same day collection
  • Collection times are between 7 am – 3 pm
  • Please call Customer Service on 1300 434 437 to confirm the collecting slot

Additional Freight Charges May Apply

Heavy, bulky or awkward items may incur additional freight costs, if this applies to your order you will be contacted before your order is processed. Below are some products and instances when extra freight charges may apply.

  • When unloading at customers’ premises or sites in excess of 45 minutes for bulky deliveries
  • Orders of large/heavy items in a bulk quantity
  • Perimeter and crowd control fencing and fencing packages
  • Items that are not considered a two-man lift
  • Deliveries outside of our metro delivery radius

Same/Next Day Shipping Exceptions

Whilst HEIGER aims to have stock of all item we sell on hand in every HEIGER location across Australia, there are occasions when this is not possible, for example, a custom-made item that requires manufacture time or items that are inbound to HEIGER.

If you select same day or next day delivery and for whatever reason, your item cannot ship, you will be contacted by a HEIGER customer service team member.

Our Same Day Delivery service excludes heavy, bulky and custom items such as coir substrates, coir logs, barriers, geotextiles, or custom-printed mesh.
